The General + Snoop Dogg

PROBLEM - in 2019, The General Insurance - a Fortune 300, Nashville, TN based, non-standard auto insurance brand – was searching for a breakthrough national personality to help the brand increase brand awareness, consideration and conversion during its “busy season” (January to April).

SOLUTION - as The General’s AOR, Zach recommended an advertising cameo from Snoop Dogg - the multi-dimensional personality and hip hop artist; Zach designed the brand’s strategic plan, negotiated all long-form agreements and developed and oversaw brand activation and measurement efforts connected to the campaign.

ROI - the campaign - “Low Rider” - garnered the highest awareness and consideration marks of any campaign in 2019; immediately after launch, the brand’s web traffic and call center volume increased at a higher rate than past busy season campaigns and busy season revenue was up YoY.
